The unions has its pros and cons overall the company is a good company they have great benefits you get yearly pay raises and 45 minute lunches. You can works at with some really great people but, there are subculture that exists in some departments. There's quite a bit of favoritism which makes it difficult two advance within the company especially if you're dedicated, dependable, and a hard worker.
